Founding Operations Manager

We're building the data layer that every AI drug discovery will run on. Backed by an Nvidia VP. Working with top AI labs, global tech company and global pharma. Growing fast. We need an engineer who can lead, not just do the work. The Role You'll join as a founding team member and the operational backbone of our expert data programs. This isn't inheriting a playbook, you'll write it. You'll shape the foundations of how we run programs, hit deadlines, and deliver for clients as we scale. Day-to-day, you'll manage and support programs, protecting our scientists' time so they can focus on science. High‑performers will have a path to grow into an executive assistant to the founders, with a longer‑term track toward an executive‑level operations or chief‑of‑staff role. What You'll Do Own program timelines end-to-end: plan, track, and hit delivery deadlines Manage our operational foundations: tracking systems, workflows, logistics, and documentation Coordinate across founders, program leads, and clients; keep everyone unblocked and flag risks before they become fires Who You Are Bachelor's degree in any field — business and operations majors very welcome; life sciences background is a big plus Prior operations or program management experience is a big plus (startup experience even better) Extreme ownership: organized, responsive, you close loops without being asked and never let things slip Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines, hands‑on, gets things done Why Join Founding team.
