Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function. Collaborates with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Design and administer therapeutic interventions to improve physical function.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and recovery strategies.
• Document patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately.
• Comply with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in outpatient or rural healthcare settings preferred.
