We value innovation, quality, and service excellence. Position Overview As a Diesel Shop Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking diesel engine services. You will maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations within our service department. Responsibilities Assign work to qualified technicians. Dispatch and assign work with detailed instructions to technicians. Invoice completed repair orders before releasing the vehicle. Use the business system to look up parts and invoice parts. Obtain authorization and ensure all necessary documents are signed before releasing trucks to customers. Follow up with the parts department to confirm part orders and delivery dates. Build positive and enduring relationships with customers for repeat business. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Minimum 5 years’ experience in truck service and repair work. Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative and clerical work. Ability to ensure process compliance. Excellent time management and goal‑setting skills. Positive, friendly, and emotionally intelligent attitude. Considerate and attentive to customer needs. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $27 - $32 hourly. Up to 2 weeks’ vacation the first year; 3 weeks starting in the fourth calendar year. Seven paid holidays. Variable compensation opportunities. Short‑term disability insurance.
