Demonstrates advanced verbal and written skills, good organizational skills and interpersonal skills including ability to analyze data, manage time, prioritize, communicate effectively, and problem solve. Estimated salary range for this position is $73,860.80 - $96,019.04/year depending on experience. Qualifications – External Degrees Associate's degree in Nursing Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Basic Life Support Additional Qualifications Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing RNs hired prior to 2/1/2012 (South), 10/1/2017 (Bethesda), 10/1/2023 (Boca), 7/1/2018 (Fishermen's) are not required to have a BSN to continue in their non-leadership role as an RN. RNs hired after 2/1/2012 (South), 10/1/2017 (Bethesda), 10/1/2023 (Boca), 7/1/2018 (Fishermen's) with an Associate's degree will have 3 years from their date of hire to complete the BSN degree. RN must complete a preceptor class within twelve months of being deemed competent by department leadership for independent practice. As per department standard any of the following may be required (ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS- Basic Life Support, PALS- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program or ONS-Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card). 5 years acute care experience Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel Demonstrates involvement in Performance Improvement activities Minimum required experience: 5 years EOE, including disability/vets #J-18808-Ljbffr Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital
