Base pay offered may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Responsibilities Gain hands-on experience in a Goodyear Auto Service center by diagnosing technical issues using mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service. Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation. Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior automotive technicians. Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management as needed. Promote teamwork to deliver timely, accurate guest care during all operating hours. Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation and perform tasks for extended periods (may include lifting, standing, bending, and squatting). Qualifications Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance. Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred ASE Certification Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests Experience in electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition systems About the Role: What skills will you learn?
