Behavior Technician / RBT (In Home)

Animate Behavior is a BCBA-owned, boutique ABA agency serving the Greater Bay Area, and we're hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Contra Costa County. You'll work one-on-one with young children with autism in their homes and communities, with weekday daytime hours and BCBA supervisors always available. Clinical quality, ethical practice, and staff support come first here.

What you'll do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Partner with families and your clinical team to support each child's goals

What we're looking for

• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training (required)
• Previous ABA experience (required); 1 year preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance for travel between client homes in Contra Costa County

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime hours, in person in client homes across Contra Costa County. Part-time, with 30 to 40 hours per week available.

Employment is contingent on meeting standard health and immunization requirements for working with young children.
