The Well Lounge Medical Aesthetics is a premium medical aesthetics and wellness practice located inside the Newtown Athletic Club in Newtown, PA. Our philosophy is simple: inner wellness meets outer beauty. We combine aesthetic medicine — injectables, lasers, and skincare — with longevity, recovery, and wellness services, building a personalized, long-term treatment plan for every patient. We're not a transactional med spa. Our providers lead with full-face consultations and education, and our results are natural, never overdone.

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to work alongside our Aesthetic Nurse Injector, supporting patients from check-in through treatment and follow-up. You'll be a key part of the patient experience — helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for at every step of their visit, while keeping the injector's day running smoothly and safely.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in medical aesthetics. Prior aesthetics experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person on our treatments, tools, and workflow.

What You'll Do (Patient Experience & Clinical Assistance)

• Greet patients warmly and set the tone for a welcoming visit.
• Assist with patient intake and rooming. Maintain in-depth patient documentation, (medical history forms, treatment charting, before and after photos) while protecting patient confidentiality (HIPPA) at all times
• Coordinate with providers and the admin team to keep patient flow smooth and provide consistent elite patient experience.
• Help manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient communications.
• Comfortable answering patients questions about appointments, skincare, treatments, services, pricing, before and after care, etc
• Help keep our practice clean, organized, and welcoming
• Prepare treatment rooms, ready with supplies and maintain equipment before and after appointments
• Provide clinical assistance to injector and the patient before, during, and after appointments while being solution-oriented and proactive

• A quick learner eager to grow within the aesthetics industry

Preferred

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent), or actively pursuing certification
• Prior experience in medical aesthetics (injectables, lasers, skincare) preferred, along with familiarity with aesthetic products and services
