Accountant

Accountant Gilley’s Enterprises is seeking to employ an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting functions for multiple companies within our Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience and be proficient in QuickBooks. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple entities simultaneously, and a high level of discretion and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities within the Group Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations Process payroll Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Perform month-end closings and generate reports in a timely manner Ensure compliance with internal policies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum 4 years of hands-on accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Experience managing finances for multiple entities preferred Cash handling experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Salary: Is based on experience.
