About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Customer Experience and Services to take on a pivotal, revenue-critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering customer experience in the AI era, owning the full post-sale lifecycle, and leading a large, multi-regional team. This is a builder's mandate, with a focus on scaling globally and rebuilding the product suite. The VP will be at the forefront of the company's transition to an AI-led operating model, driving the shift from activity to outcomes, and leading technical delivery and migration at scale. A strong background in B2B SaaS, particularly in customer success, professional services, and solutions consulting, is essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in FinTech or RegTech. Applicants for the VP of Customer Experience and Services role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive leadership in customer success and professional services, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership position. The role requires a candidate with an AI-forward mindset, exceptional executive presence, and a proven track record of running technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on background in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture, and experience with customer success and operations platforms. The role demands a leader who can drive the team to meet ambitious standards, take personal responsibility, and foster a culture of trust and shared goals.
