Position Title: Project Manager (Levels I, II & Senior) Salary Project Manager I: $115,000–$132,000 + 10% bonus Project Manager II: $132,000–$155,000 + 15% bonus Senior Project Manager: $155,000–$172,000 + 20% bonus Join a respected industrial construction contractor that delivers complex infrastructure and critical industrial projects across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects in power generation, advanced manufacturing, heavy industrial, hydropower, and food and beverage facilities while working with nationally recognized clients. Project Managers play a critical role in overseeing project execution from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, field teams, and project profitability. Responsibilities Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion Manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow, procurement, and overall project execution Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients Prepare estimates, proposals, project plans, and contract documentation Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and change management Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and profitability Ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements Support business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships Travel to project sites as needed throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding regions Requirements Project Manager I: 7–10 years of project management experience in heavy civil, structural, industrial, or related construction Project Manager II: 8–10+ years of relevant project management experience Senior Project Manager: 10–15+ years managing large, complex construction projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred (required for Senior level); equivalent experience considered for Levels I and II Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and project financials Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and environmental compliance Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software Experience within industrial construction, heavy civil, hydropower, water resources, wastewater, manufacturing, or federal construction projects is highly preferred Ability to travel approximately 50% as projects require Benefits Annual performance bonus based on level 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents HSA with generous employer contributions 401(k) with Safe Harbor employer match and immediate vesting Three weeks of PTO to start, increasing with tenure Seven paid holidays plus one floating holiday Travel reimbursement, mileage, per diem, and company-paid travel expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
