Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX for a Prosthetist, Prosthetist Assistant, or Prosthetist/Orthotist. The role involves assessing patients' needs, designing and fitting prosthetic and orthotic devices, conducting gait analyses, and providing ongoing patient care and support. Collaboration with allied healthcare professionals and thorough documentation of patient progress will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Orthotics and Prosthetics to design, and fit devices tailored to patient needs
• Experience with Gait Analysis and alignment to enhance patient mobility
• Strong skills in Patient Care and communication to ensure a positive patient experience
• Knowledge of components related to the field of prosthetics and orthotics
• Certification or licensure as a Prosthetist, Orthotist, or similar credential (e.g., ABC or BOC certification)
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy clinical setting
