Essential Job Functions

• Assume responsibility for guest accommodations in banquet dining areas.
• Set tables according to specifications.
• Monitor and attend to all supplies, including clean-up and storage.
• Interact with guests and staff members in a warm, friendly, outgoing and energetic manner.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Prior experience working with the public preferred.

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.

Universal Requirements

• Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
