Registered Nurse RN

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Gallipolis, OH and Patriot, OH to work with adult patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY SHIFTS!

Gallipolis Shifts Available: Monday - Thursday 9am-7pm

Patriot Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 9am-3pm

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
