Right At Home Caregiver Position

Right at Home is seeking dedicated and reliable caregivers for evening and overnight shifts to provide quality in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis. Experience is preferred but not required — we provide training to the right candidates! Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) are a plus.

What We're Looking For:

• Evening availability required
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and dependable attitude
• Clear and effective English communication skills
• Ability to follow a care plan and ensure client comfort and safety

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor client well-being during overnight hours
• Travel to client homes within our service ZIP codes
