Job Purpose: The purpose of the Occupational Therapist (OT) position at Butte Home Health Inc. is to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. Qualifications

Required Education: CA License in Occupational Therapy Preferred Education: Clinical experience in a relevant field Required Experience: Experience in providing home health occupational therapy services Proven track record of delivering excellent patient care Familiarity with developing personalized therapy plans for patients Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Competency in using therapy equipment and technology Commitment to maintaining high standards of professional practice and ethics
