Position – Material Handler

Job Location – Waukesha, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Mon–Thu 7:00am – 4:00pm, Fri 7:00am – 1:00pm)

Starting Pay – $20/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience (Forklift required)

Job Summary:

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving, storing, and organizing materials within a warehouse or production environment. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are delivered to the right place at the right time. You will operate forklifts and other equipment to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated areas
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production or shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of material handling experience
• Previous forklift experience (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team
