CDL-A Team Truck Driver

Overview

Established CDL‑A truck driving teams are invited to join USATruck, a Certified Top Pay Carrier. Teams bring their experience to earn $110,000+ annually (per driver) with a $0.86 CPM split and additional rates for hazmat and bonus opportunities.

Compensation & Bonuses

• $110,000+ annual earning potential (per team driver)
• $0.86 CPM split between team drivers
• 0.04 CPM Hazmat bonus for loads with proper endorsements

Equipment & Technology

• Late‑model trucks with 1500–1800‑watt inverters and 100% automatic transmissions
• Advanced in‑cab electronic logging and GPS navigation systems

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 6+ months CDL‑A driving experience required
• No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 3 years
• Stable work history
• Valid CDL‑A and medical card

Team Division Leader plans all trucks to ensure miles. Home 1 day for every week out, up to 5 days in a row, with a minimum of 3‑week trips. 95% no‑touch freight, 60% drop and hook.
