THE POSITION Location: Edina (55424) Hours: Full Time Days & Overnights Days Sunday, Monday & Tuesdays 12-hour shifts Days Every other Saturday 12- hour shift Overnights Sunday through Saturday 12-hour shift Client Specifics: 14 year old with a g-tube Location: Edina (55436) Hours: Days Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12 hour shifts Overnights Every Sunday 12-hour shift Overnights Every other Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12-hour shifts Client Specifics: 6 year old with trachs, vent, and gj-tube Location: Edina (55436) Hours: Days Sunday 6 hour shift. Evenings Tuesday 5 hour shift Days Every other Saturday 6 hour shift Days Every other Saturday 12 hour shift Client Specifics: 29 year old with vent, and g-tube Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
