• Pull, route, dress, and label fiber optic cable
• Terminate single-mode and multimode fiber
• Perform fusion splicing and maintain splice documentation
• Test fiber using OTDRs, OLTS, power meters, and light sources
• Troubleshoot fiber connectivity issues and resolve deficiencies
• Install fiber enclosures, patch panels, cassettes, and racks
• Read and interpret blueprints, fiber routing drawings, and splice documentation
• Maintain accurate labeling and documentation throughout the project
• Follow all OSHA and site safety requirements while maintaining clean, professional installations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial fiber optic installation experience
• Experience pulling, terminating, testing, and fusion splicing fiber optic cable
• Proficient using OTDRs and fiber testing equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and fiber routing drawings
• OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
