Senior Marketing Specialist

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days in Office/2 Days Remote) | Clinton, LA

CoreWise’s client is a global leader in engineered packaging solutions designed for environmentally sensitive materials across the transportation, construction, industrial, and waste industries. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to execute integrated marketing campaigns, produce high-quality content, and support brand growth across multiple sales, manufacturing, and distribution locations worldwide.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across digital and non-digital channels. This role is built for someone who thrives in the work—running campaigns, producing collateral, managing the website, coordinating trade shows, and measuring what’s working. This role partners closely with sales and operations to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms.

• Coordinate advertisements and promotional initiatives end-to-end.

• Track campaign performance and report on key metrics.

Content Production

• Develop engaging, relevant, and impactful marketing materials aligned with brand standards.

• Update and produce product brochures (digital and physical formats).

• Produce corporate identity materials including sales manuals and binders, corporate videos, sales and marketing presentations.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

• Maintain and update corporate website content (WordPress).

• Manage social media presence, content calendar, and engagement.

• Track digital performance metrics and report findings to leadership.

Trade Shows & Non-Digital Marketing

• Coordinate trade show logistics, including samples and material swatches.

• Manage product testing documentation and reporting.

• Execute print marketing initiatives and offline brand activities.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with sales to ensure marketing output supports revenue goals.

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and print suppliers.

• Support competitive intelligence and market research efforts as directed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing or related field required.

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial/manufacturing environments.

• Hands-on experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Collaborative working style with cross-functional partners.
