Occupational Therapist

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered, outcome-driven care across post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients to restore function, maximize independence, and improve quality of life through individualized, evidence-based interventions. You’ll work in a collaborative, clinically driven environment alongside PT, SLP, nursing, and medical teams, contributing to measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
