Job Summary
We are looking for wonderful Caregivers to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You will need to operate with a big heart—not only providing personalized and attentive care, but also by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior experience is needed.

Responsibilities 

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light cleaning in the home, or assisting with personal care
• keeping records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor 
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert 
• Remind client of medications and meal prep 
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities  

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nurse assistant program
• High School Diploma or GED 
• One year prior professional experience 
• Driver’s license required & insurance  
• CPR certification required or willing to
