Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (On-site)

Role Overview

An experienced procurement and contracts professional is sought to lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management activities from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage contracts, lead negotiations, and drive successful sourcing outcomes while building relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities, including RFIs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer vendor and service agreements.
• Conduct cost, price, and risk analyses to support procurement decisions.
• Develop contract language and special terms for complex purchases.
• Manage contract amendments, claims, compliance requirements, and closeout activities.
• Partner with Legal, Risk Management, Accounting, and business stakeholders to resolve contract issues.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 11+ years of contract management, sourcing, or procurement experience. Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration is required. Knowledge of procurement best practices, commercial negotiations, and risk management is also necessary.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Maximo and/or GEP is preferred.
