Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation)

About the Position: These position are located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties. Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically. Obtain identifying information and determines the nature of the visit/call. Ensure eligibility for care, and contacts Patient Administration for verification. Schedule, maintain, and monitor patient appointment schedules for the clinic/practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr Military Treatment Facilities under DHA
