Warehouse Operator -1st Shift

Summary:The QTI Group has a great direct hire opportunity available! Our client, a high-quality pet food production facility, is looking to add a Warehouse Operator to their 1st shift. Qualified candidates will have previous shipping and receiving experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm

Pay: $20 per hour plus sign on and perfect attendance bonuses

Responsibilities:Accurately pick customer orders from picking list utilizing RF scanners

Stack pallets using best practices to maximize space and stability

Stage orders in advance of customer arrival for loading

Load trucks according to shipping schedule

Safely and proficiently operate all assigned material handling equipment (stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, turret truck, reach truck, pallet jacks, etc.)

Qualifications: Must have previous shipping and receiving experience

Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs.

Standing, stretching, reaching, and bending a

Accurately and quickly perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide)

Excellent depth perception and judgement of distance, combined

Able to work in various temperatures including extreme heat, humidity, and cold
