Role Implementation Analyst Type Long term contract with possible extensions Location Omaha, NE Schedule Hybrid Pay 40-50$ Hourly Description Client-facing, quality-driven analyst who leads discovery through structured questioning, interviews, and research to define accurate, testable requirements aligned to business outcomes and client value. Deeply focused on quality and validation , with hands-on experience writing detailed test scenarios (positive and negative), executing testing, validating outputs, and ensuring end-to-end solution integrity. Owns the testing lifecycle , including defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution, while partnering with internal teams and guiding clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Highly curious and detail-oriented , able to synthesize complex information, apply logic, and develop clear acceptance criteria that align business needs with technical execution. Drives value-based prioritization , partnering with stakeholders to sequence work based on business impact, risk, and effort while balancing scope, quality, and delivery timelines. Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery models and documentation , including user stories and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and able to operate effectively as teams evolve from traditional waterfall to more iterative delivery models. Demonstrates proactive ownership and accountability , thriving in ambiguous or evolving environments by identifying gaps, shaping approach, and driving progress without waiting for defined processes. Able to ramp quickly in complex environments , building relationships, learning systems and processes rapidly, and contributing to the development of new solutions and ways of working alongside cross‑functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
