Key Qualifications:

• Active OT license required
• Experience supporting students across a wide age range (3-22 years) preferred
• Understanding of various disabilities and individualized therapeutic planning
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving site assignments and caseloads
• Strong organizational and communication skills for working across multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide OT services to students with varying needs and disabilities, helping them develop fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive functioning
• Travel between designated school sites within the assignment to meet shifting coverage needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with educational and district standards
• Collaborate with administrators, educators, and families to customize student interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to student planning
• Adjust therapy approaches based on caseload changes as Occupational Therapists transition from their leaves
