Objectives of this role:

• Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling
• Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the goals of Lasell Dining
• Monitor trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels of Lasell students
• Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges
• Provide support for in-person events
• Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand's standing on campus

Responsibilities:

• Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
• Create engaging social media content for Lasell Dining
• Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing
• Assist management with the preparation of social media campaigns
• Create eye-catching marketing material to be displayed around Lasell University

Skills and qualifications:

• Must be a Lasell University student (Junior/Senior) with an interest in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Design
• Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Knowledge of programs including: Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Preferred qualifications:

• Proactive desire to go above and beyond role requirements
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
• Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions
• Ability to influence, inspire, and lead from any role

This is a paid intern position; however, it is not eligible for paid time off (PTO) or benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.
