Overview Bartenders are responsible for providing guests with the highest level of customer service while filling beverage orders. Bartenders operate point-of-sale terminals and collect payment in a fast-paced environment. This is a great summer job for students, teachers, seniors, and anyone interested in a fun, outdoor summer job. Location: Merriweather Post Pavilion, Columbia, MD 21044. Salary: $3.63 per hour. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while filling beverage orders. Operate point-of-sale terminals and collect payment. Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area and assist guests as needed. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must be available to work an event-based schedule that runs nights/weekends from May – October (average of 40 events per season) and be able to work a minimum of 4-6 hours outside while standing Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Must be energetic, outgoing, responsible and have good communication skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Bartending experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Its My Amphitheater
