We are seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist who is professional, enthusiastic, dependable, and above all, honest and trustworthy.This role is ideal for a motivated, positive, detail-oriented clinical professional who takes pride in delivering white-glove patient care and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.Position OverviewThe Dental Hygienist plays a central role in the patient experience at Smile Studio of Spring Lake — serving as a trusted clinician, patient educator, and key member of our tight-knit clinical team. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, integrity, and a genuine commitment to elevating every patient’s oral health and overall experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and supportive periodontal maintenanceConduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screeningsTake digital X-rays and intraoral photos, and document findings accurately in DentrixEducate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care in a warm, unhurried mannerCollaborate closely with Dr. Scheddin to support seamless clinical flow and co-diagnosisAnswer phones and assist with scheduling, managing appointments with professionalism and warmthUphold the highest standards of professionalism, infection control, and patient confidentialityContribute to a calm, refined, and welcoming environment that reflects the Smile Studio standardQualificationsActive New Jersey RDH license in good standing required2+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferredExperience with Dentrix strongly preferred• Exceptional chairside manner, patient communication, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable answering phones and scheduling patients in a fast-paced, patient-centered environmentHighly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedHonest, ethical, and trustworthy with patient care and clinical informationComfortable working independently in a solo-doctor private practice and as part of a close-knit teamCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive guaranteed rate of payOutstanding bonus opportunitySupportive, respectful, quality-focused work environmentScheduleMonday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMIf you value integrity, clinical excellence, and delivering a refined, patient-centered experience in a high-end private practice, we would love to hear from you.To ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for our practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
