Compensation: $25 to $26 per hour Location: 1000 Gates Avenue 4th Fl, Brooklyn, NY 11221 Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM Onsite Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the Quality Assurance Specialist willbe responsible for: Improving client experience through conducting patient outreach to assess patient satisfaction, hospitalization status, andassistwith various care concerns. Conductclientretention effortsby speaking to the patient or their family member inassistingwith any concerns or complaints and working with them to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution. Documentation and tracking of patient incidents and complaints to resolve and communicate any concerns with payers and internal departments. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to quality performance. Identify, assess,document,and resolve client complaints and grievances while detecting risks and mitigation plans. Maintainaccurateand up-to-date logs of complaints, grievances and incidents ensuring completion and comprehensive resolution. Conduct patient outreach to improve the client experience by assessing satisfaction, hospitalization status, andassistingpatients with various complaints and concerns. Support departmental operations byassistingwith special projects, administrative tasks, and operationalduties asassigned by leadership, with responsibilities evolving based on organizational needs. Monitor and track specific quality control and assurance activities of in-office and field staff as directed by the QA supervisor. 1-3 years' experience of working with HIPAA regulations and properly handling andmaintainingpatient records with strong computer literacy skills, includingproficiencyin navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strongclient-facing, problem solvingand customer service skills. Strong working experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. HHAeXchangeexperience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalentrequired;with a minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Qualifications Bilingualproficiencyin English and Spanish isrequired. Must bevery organizedand detailed orientated to ensure accuracy in addressing client concerns and audit findings in a sensitive and effective manner. Must have high level problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across departments. Must have the ability to prioritize work tasks to get things done effectively.
