LIEN REDUCTION SPECIALIST | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY PAY: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE Why Torklaw At Torklaw, our lien negotiators play a critical role in the success of every case. We’re looking for professionals who: take ownership communicate with confidence and empathy thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about achieving outstanding results for clients What You’ll Do As a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist, you will: Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties Secure optimal lien reductions that maximize client recoveries Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and negotiation opportunities Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case-specific negotiation strategies Maintain accurate and detailed records of negotiations, communications, and lien activity Help deliver an exceptional client experience through strong communication and efficient case support What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation strategies Well-versed in statutory liens including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and related matters Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bilingual in Spanish required Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation based on experience 12 paid holidays annually 10 paid vacation days annually 6 paid sick days annually Medical insurance 401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company match Communications stipend for remote employees Regular team events and firm gatherings Company-issued laptop upgraded every 3 years - yours to keep afterward Opportunities for long-term growth and advancement within the firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
