Dental Assistant High-Volume Practice Location: Glen Burnie or East Baltimore, MD Position Type: Full-Time Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join a high-volume, fast-paced dental practice in the Glen Burnie or East Baltimore area. Position Overview The Dental Assistant will support clinical operations by assisting providers with patient care, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments Take and process dental X-rays Utilize advanced technology including: CBCT All-on-X workflows 3D printer Facial and intraoral scanners Provide excellent chairside patient care Maintain accurate patient records Follow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred Knowledge of CBCT, All-on-X, 3D printing, and scanners strongly preferred Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organized, and professional Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20-$35 per hour (DOE) Sick time Paid holidays & PTO Health insurance 401(k) Monthly performance bonus based on hitting practice goals Room for growth and advancement Practice Culture This practice offers a positive, team-oriented environment with a strong family feel.
