The firm represents companies, creditors, investors, and boards in complex, multi-party matters involving financially distressed situations. Position Overview Attorneys in this role work at the intersection of restructuring and litigation, with exposure to: Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters Litigation arising out of distressed and insolvency situations Advising companies, creditors, and fiduciaries on complex financial issues The practice offers a combination of courtroom experience, strategic advisory work, and hands-on involvement in high-stakes matters.
