Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure or eligibility
• Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
• Comfortable leveraging virtual platforms and technology for therapy and assessments
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams remotely

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting each student’s unique goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions via online platforms in both group and 1:1 settings
• Maintain timely, thorough case documentation, progress notes, and compliance paperwork
• Serve as a virtual resource to faculty and families, offering consultative support and training as needed
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school professionals to foster student success and inclusivity
