Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively and promptlyAbility to work with a team. Able to fill in or help out to cover absences in the area (including but not limited to: going on deliveries, helping with product builds / set-ups, filling in for Merchandisers as needed, etc.)Other duties as assigned by the leadership teamEducation & Experience:An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:*Associates must be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.Very heavy work – Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Scheels cares about the health and safety of our Associates.
