• 7 am - 5 pm days; 5 pm - 7 am on-call; potential 24-hour call
• Rounding on assigned patients; covering unassigned patients on call
• Hospital-based neonatology coverage
• Procedures required -- intubation, central lines, chest tubes, and more
• Non-invasive ventilation management required
• Exchange transfusion and lumbar puncture skills required
