Minimum Qualifications Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Familiarity with the products sold in the store or retail industry knowledge. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively. Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchasing decisions. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, or other payment methods. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies in a professional and courteous manner. Support inventory control by receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies to management.
