With a team of experienced architects, engineers, and construction professionals, we are committed to delivering innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs.Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Architectural Drafter / CAD Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being an integral part of our collaborative design process.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and plansUse CAD software to produce accurate and precise designsReview and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and clientsEnsure all drawings comply with building codes and regulationsCommunicate and coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are metMaintain organized and up-to-date project files and documentsContinuously improve and update CAD skills and knowledgeQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as an architectural drafter or CAD technicianProficient in AutoCAD and other CAD softwareStrong understanding of architectural principles and building codesExcellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawingsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesExperience working remotely is a plusWe Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible work scheduleOpportunities for professional development and growthA collaborative and supportive work environmentThe chance to work on exciting and innovative sports facility projectsPay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experienceTraining Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completionWork Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health, Dental & Vision CoverageHome Office Setup: Company-provided workstation and equipmentGrowth Opportunities: Internal promotion and career development support
