AP Executive Staffing is partnering with Kaleida Health to identify a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Paralegal to join their team. This is an immediate need for a full-time temporary assignment. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to manage a high volume of work while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities Draft offer letters, termination letters, and basic employment contracts Assist with contract circulation and ensure documents are routed to the appropriate stakeholders Upload employment contracts into Meditract and maintain accurate contract records Track and enter critical contract dates, including compensation changes Take detailed meeting notes and maintain organized documentation Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy Manage a high volume of contracts while meeting deadlines Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding contract status and documentation Provide administrative support to the team as needed Qualifications Previous paralegal or legal administrative experience required Experience drafting offer letters, employment contracts, or other legal documents strongly preferred Contract administration or contract management experience is highly desirable Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who takes initiative while also taking direction well Confident professional with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information #J-18808-Ljbffr
