BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Behavioral Health Outpatient in Brooksville, FL ! Facility: Brooksville Behavioral Health Outpatient Center Location: Brooksville, FL Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (shift varies) Weekend Work: None On Call: No The Behavioral Health Therapist II-Outpatient Is Responsible For: Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling. Providing clinical impression and assessment. Performing crisis support and services as needed. Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable. Overseeing clinical staff as assigned. Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires. Performing other duties as assigned. Certification/License BLS (Basic Life Support) Driver's License - program specific LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) Education Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Related Field Experience 2 Years - Counseling, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Children's Services or Psychology BayCare offers a competitive total reward package including: benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401k match & additional yearly contribution, yearly performance appraisals, team award bonus, community discounts, the chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work!
