Program ManagerThe Program Manager will report to the Occupational Therapy Program Director and support the graduate OT program in the Katz College of Science and Health.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Utilize EXXAT to manage and monitor a variety of confidential clinical documentsProvide daily monitoring to ensure compliance with ACOTE-OT accreditation standardsCreate and maintain a variety of confidential and sensitive data, such as academic student records, faculty files, and teaching evaluationsMaintain program accreditation documentation in compliance with ACOTE-OT standardsCollect and maintain clinical supervisor/preceptor documentation, including licensure, supervision certificates, identification, etc., in compliance with ACOTE-OT standardsAssist with the organization and management of clinical site affiliation agreements in EXXATServe as the main point of contact for incoming and continuing OT graduate studentsAssist with evaluating and updating the program and clinical handbooksAssist with student course registration and monitor progress towards degree completion, and serve as liaison to all university officesSupport planning and execution of the health science clinical events, such as Interprofessional educational (IPE) activities, student clinical training seminars, and clinical continuing education events (CEU)Additionally, assist with orientation, graduation, and white coat eventsCollaborate with the program director on semester schedulesParticipate in student recruitment and retention initiativesAssist the department with the management of purchasing requests, classroom requests, conference travel, and faculty reimbursementsPrepare and disseminate relevant reports each semesterCollaborate and communicate with other health science programs, including Physician Assistant Studies, Nursing, Speech Language Pathology, and others as neededParticipate in ACOTE-OT accreditation site visitsSome evening hours will be required, as well as participation in on-campus department and school-wide eventsComplete other duties and tasks as assignedExperience & Educational Background:Baccalaureate degree required, Health Science Baccalaureate degree or Master's degree preferredExperience utilizing EXXAT software preferredPrior experience in a Health Science graduate program preferredSkills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of medical terminologyExcellent interpersonal skillsProject and time management skillsExcellent written, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independentlyStrong professional and interprofessional skillsComfortable with a dynamic environmentApplication Instructions:Please upload a cover letter, CV, and a list of three (3) referencesSalary Range:$66,500 - $75,000About Us:The Katz College of Science and Health, with 1300 master's and doctoral students, is now the largest graduate school at Yeshiva University.
