Seasonal Forklift Operators Wanted

Location: Carlisle, PA

Pay Rate: $17.50 – $19.40 per hour

Schedule: (1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) Monday – Friday

Looking for a Forklift Operator job where you're more than just a number on a clipboard? Here's the deal: We're hiring operators who keep the whole place moving. No forklift? No flow. And we know it.

Shift Starts. You Take Over.

This is what it takes to work for us:

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Certified or experienced operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or PIT equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 processes is a plus

Receive, store, and distribute materials and inventory accurately

Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including reach trucks, forklifts, and cherry pickers

Move products safely throughout the warehouse and staging areas

Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations

Maintain accurate material handling records and inventory accuracy

Follow warehouse safety guidelines and quality procedures

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
