Mission Critical Project Engineer

Overview Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Engineer for data center MEP project engineering and field coordination in the Kansas City, MO market. Pay: $180,000-$220,000/year, based on experience Location: Kansas City, MO Schedule: Full-time mission‑critical construction role; schedule based on project needs Type: Contract Responsibilities Support project managers and field teams with MEP‑heavy data center construction execution Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, procurement items, change documentation, and field issues Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, low‑voltage, commissioning, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams Help maintain schedules, progress tracking, punch lists, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation Communicate clearly with project stakeholders and keep technical documentation organized Qualifications Mission‑critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure construction exposure Project engineering, field engineering, assistant project management, or coordinator experience on technical builds Ability to read drawings/specifications and track RFIs, submittals, changes, issues, and documentation Strong organization, communication, and follow‑through in a fast‑moving construction environment Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning milestones, NEC/NFPA concepts, and project controls is preferred Ability to work in the Kansas City, MO market and complete any site onboarding requirements Dependable, safety‑minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast‑moving project environments Benefits $180,000-$220,000/year estimated compensation range based on experience Mission‑critical/data center construction opportunity High‑impact MEP‑heavy project environment Professional recruiting support from Rinvio Potential access to additional project‑based opportunities through Rinvio Learn more about Rinvio: #J-18808-Ljbffr
