Company: Genuine Machine Products Location: 1433 North Tech Boulevard, Gilbert, AZ 85233 Employment: Full-Time | Night Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM Compensation: $25–$35 per hour A Day in the Life From the moment your night shift begins, you’re setting up CNC milling centers, verifying programs and tooling, and dialing in tight tolerances. You move confidently from blueprint to machine, translating GD&T into real parts that pass inspection the first time. Throughout the shift, you keep the cell organized, collaborate with teammates, and record production and quality data with care. You wrap up by cleaning your area, communicating priorities, and offering ideas to improve the next run.
