We hold all necessary state contracting licenses and possess a robust infrastructure. Now, we are looking for a powerhouse leader to help us scale to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional "employee" position. We are seeking an entrepreneurial  Executive Sales Manager who wants to build, run, and ultimately own a piece of a successful roofing operation.

You will lead from the front, driving revenue through direct field sales while optimizing our sales operations. In exchange for your expertise and results, you will receive a highly competitive  commission structure alongside a negotiated  equity/ownership stake in the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales Execution: Actively prospect, estimate, and close high-ticket residential and commercial roofing projects (Shingle, TPO, Metal).
• Territory Management: Effectively cover and expand our footprint across the Albuquerque and Santa Fe markets.
• Growth & Scaling: Implement sales processes to increase closing ratios and average ticket sizes.
• Future Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the company scales.

Requirements

• Roofing Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of successful experience in roofing sales and management.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of  Shingle, TPO, and Metal roofing applications, estimating, and regional building codes.
• Proven Track Record: Ability to demonstrate consistent, high-volume sales production in previous roles.
• Local Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation capable of field sales work, and willingness to travel throughout the Albuquerque/Santa Fe corridor.
