Job Description Location: Tampa, FL (Downtown) Compensation: $25–$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications Schedule: 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM An AV-rated law firm is seeking a highly motivated Paralegal to support its Litigation practice. The firm represents sophisticated clients and offers challenging, high-quality work in a friendly, collegial environment, along with excellent compensation and benefits. This role involves performing a wide range of tasks while delivering exceptional client service and consistently producing superior work product. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong working knowledge of the firm’s litigation practice areas, as well as specialized knowledge of assigned attorneys’ practices and clients, to ensure outstanding client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys Manage scheduling, including court dates, deadlines, and meetings Assist with trial preparation and support during trial Maintain and organize case files and documentation Track and record billable hours accurately Ensure compliance with Federal and State court rules and procedures Utilize legal software and case management tools effectively Qualifications 3–5 years of substantive experience in defense products liability Prior trial experience required Strong knowledge of Federal and State court rules Experience with scheduling and case management Familiarity with legal software (e.g., Xera, Relativity) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities Client-focused mindset with a professional demeanor and proactive approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
