Role: Unit Manager - RN responsible for overseeing nursing care on a designated unit to ensure high-quality, cost-effective healthcare aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing and safe care delivery. Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to achieve clinical goals and reduce rehospitalizations. Mentor and educate nursing staff, working with physicians and medical professionals. Oversee medication management, ensuring proper handling and supplies. Provide direct patient care to maintain clinical skills. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active state license. Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in nurse leadership. Current BLS/CPR certification.
