LISTING MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER (REAL ESTATE COMPANY) Path to Director of Operations / COO South Bay (Hermosa Beach | Manhattan Beach | Redondo Beach I PV I BEACH CITIES) We are a high-performing residential real estate company managing 20–30 active listings across sales and leasing at any given time. Founded in 2004 , we have built a strong foundation of repeat and referral business and consistently manage a high volume of listings across both sales and leasing. Our business is fast-paced, detail-heavy, and built on delivering a premium client experience. We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager who can take ownership of our listing pipeline and help build the systems that scale the business. This is not an entry-level role. This is for someone who wants to grow into a Director of Operations / COO position.
