Job OverviewAt Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors, we believe the best care happens at home. Our caregivers are at the center of everything we do, providing compassionate, personalized support that helps seniors feel safe, respected, and truly cared for. We’re looking for kind, dependable individuals who are passionate about building trust, fostering meaningful connections, and making a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll DoDeliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs
Manage and administer medications as directed
Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities
Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Reliable transportation and ability to drive
Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation
Willingness to enroll in direct deposit
